I don’t have an email address, how do I sign up?

Can I use the same email address for more than one account?

Unfortunately, our system can only handle one email address per person, so one person should get a new email address. See common questions about getting a free email account through your web browser.

What is a qualifying purchase?

Qualifying purchases include any Irving Oil fuel purchase or qualifying in-store purchase as part of the Irving Rewards program at participating locations. You must have a registered Irving Rewards card in order to play and win prizes in the contest.

How do I receive a digital ticket without making a purchase?

Obtain a digital ticket without making a purchase by sending a 3” x 5” card legibly printed together with your name, your registered Irving Rewards number and your email address, to "Irving Rewards Summer Promotion Digital Ticket Request”, 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888. Requests must be received by September 3, 2019. Limit one digital ticket per request; one request per outer mailing envelope.

It’s easy. Just pick up an Irving Rewards card at a participating Irving Rewards location. Once you have a card, you must register your card online here, in order to start receiving your digital tickets.

How do I know if I’m an Online Winner?

If you are drawn in the online contest you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to sign-up. A minimum of three attempts will be made to contact any winner.

How do I redeem my instant Irving Rewards Cents off Per Gallon discounts?

If you get a digital ticket with an Irving Rewards fuel discount message, your prize will automatically be loaded onto your Irving Rewards card after 24 hours, to use on your next applicable transaction. To redeem, visit a participating Irving Rewards location and swipe your card at the pump.

How do I update my account information?

What are some important dates to remember?
